Our story
KonnectR was founded on a simple observation: legal operations is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in professional services, and almost no one was recruiting for it properly.
Generic legal recruiters didn't understand the nuance. Generalist agencies didn't know the market. Firms were making expensive hiring mistakes - or missing talent entirely because they didn't know where to look.
We built KonnectR to fix that. A specialist practice focused entirely on legal operations, LPM, pricing, innovation and transformation - with the community relationships, market knowledge and candidate network to do it properly.
Today we work with law firms, in-house legal teams and legal service vendors across UK, EMEA, APAC, the US and the Middle East. The same specialism. A growing team. A lot more reach.
