I've spent over 20 years connecting people with opportunities across financial services, procurement, transformation and shared services - before finding my home in legal operations recruitment.

My career started at Hays, where I learned to recruit properly. Before that I worked in financial services at Westpac and Zurich Financial Services. That commercial background - spanning finance, technology, operations and transformation - is exactly why I understand what legal teams need when they hire.

I've been embedded in the global LPM and legal ops community since 2019. I don't just recruit in this space - I'm part of it. I know the candidates, the firms and the conversations shaping how legal service delivery evolves.

My approach is simple: find the right person, not just an available one. That means looking beyond the obvious talent pool and bringing candidates who bring something genuinely different - often from adjacent industries with transferable skills that legal teams didn't know they needed.
